1. Could it be that the outer caliper nuts are too tight?

2. In addition, I ran these with no issues with monoplanar Chorus, which I believe has a weaker spring than the Victory/NR/SR.

3. When I went non-aero with these levers and made sure a good metal cap was on the end of the outer cable, they worked fine with my NR calipers.
