I think "Reynolds Red Label 531" is the same thing as "Special Lightweight" and "531 Professional." It's drawn to the same gauges as 753, but not heat treated like 753, so the tensile strength is the same as regular 531.

Sure, it's a nice looking bike, but not $4,000 nice. At least not to me...
