Among all our gadgets, we have a couple of these tools at CDO and I think that they are a decent attempt to make a tool inexpensively that works pretty well. It is not a competitor to my NECA frame alignment system or the new stuff that Anvil or Bringheli offer, but it is a good tool for obtaining moderate accuracy. If used correctly and with some attention to detail, it can be used to address all the alignment planes needed; i.e., parallelism, fore and after positioning and side to side centering. It has no gauges however to determine measurements of those parameters, in other words, you don't necessarily know if you are setting the blades at 45 mm offset or 50 mm....
