Those are mostly genuine Barelli Supreme pedals. The body and spindle are original, the cage plates are home brew. Originally there would have been a one piece cage that went up one side, across the top and then down the other. Look for pictures of the Supreme here:

I have a set that will be going on my Chas Roberts; they are exceptionally smooth, well made and comfortable with most any shoe.
