I beg to agree on that...

Quote from the sales brochure: " This is a very special technique in which the bicycle frame tubes are tacked together in proper arrangement with high silver content brazing and then finally filet brazed with brass. Instead of some other archaic practices, like pinning the joint with nails, etc., this leaves no trace of the tacking procedure due to the silver brazing compound flows away completely, it having a lower brazing temperature than the brass. I think that date may be the clue to the veracity of this bit...
