Note that this is made in Mexico. I think it is a safe bet that this is a private label Windsor Pro. Windsor did make the Pro under other labels, although I haven't seen the Raysport label before. I also have not seen a Windsor with the BB cutout before. In addition, I thought the Windsor Pros, no matter the label, always used Columbus tubing, not 531. Of course the 531 decal could be bogus, added by a later owner.

Warning, if you are a Cinelli aficionado, then you shouldn't view the photos.

It was a NOS frame recently purchased on eBay (sure many of you looked at them), and for the amount paid it really isn't a bad frame. Paint and chrome quality is actually the downside of the frame --- both are thin!!! Entire frame is chromed, and built with Reynolds 531 and Campy rear vertical dropouts.

Quite a tight wheelbase at 38" --- yes 38"! Cinelli drilled lugs, or exact copies throughout.

Haven't ridden it yet, but suspect it will ride quite nice. Sure it will go just as fast as my more expensive bikes!!!
