Hi, I believe Shimano produced a "Look-Style" cleat with a slot for traditional toe-clip mount "quill" pedals. Recall seeing them offered for sale once at the Yellow Jersey online site. These will work on any Look compatible shoe, and allow you to ride with old traditional pedals/toe clips, plus I think they also work on Look clipless pedals.
