At the Yahoo Japan auction they have an instant bank transfer deal as well, with a similar arrangement in terms of the funds being held for a number of days before the transfer goes through. Perhaps the same at Yahoo US? It is cheaper than a regular transfer that you would do at the bank or post office yourself, by about half, so many use it. All these guys have to do is look at how the other companies are getting fat, and they can follow suit.

Dennis Young Hotaka, Japan...where a rash of ATMs being stolen is happening. The crooks steal a backhoe and truck, crush the building wall and are gone with the machine and BIG haul in minutes, 'cept the other day the didn't check the lower bin and left 400 thousand sitting there, got away with fifty grand. It's happening all over the country, everybody getting ideas.
