I got a clarification from Fernando Cuevas about his grandfather, Francisco Cuevas, timeline in New Jersey/New York. He thinks that Francisco left Paris-Sport about 1979-1980 to work for Lew Skinner. Then, when Lew went out of business, Francisco took over the shop in about 1983. I'm trying to establish when exactly frames with the Cuevas decals started. Right now, my belief is 1979. Does anyone have a recollection of the shop Lew Skinner ran & whether or not he had his own decals on the frames Francisco would have made while there? Lou Deeter, Orlando FL
