after a bit of research, figured out what this frame is (thanks to alexander/rhclassics) - made by "avica", a company from courbevoie (suburb of paris, and coincidentally, the start point of the championnat des triporteurs for several years in the early 1920s...) - they were rebadged under many different names, including la perle. very likely bonded frames, nothing near the quality of a caminargent, and certainly not worth anything near what this guy is asking for it, which would be a high price even for a perfect condition caminargent. probably early 1950s? from the components...
