I actually ran into a guy a couple of years ago who was doing CNC machine work for a local BMX oriented shop, primarily making custom chainrings with the shop name engraved. I spoke to him a bit about doing some custom panographing on NOS rings, but the set-up charge was so prohibitively expensive it was impractical to pursue. Now I'm not so sure.
