My name is Bob Keller, I live in Orinda California. I own 4 light weight road bikes. I had bought my first bike in 1958. It was a used Follis. My second bike is an early 70's Bertin with all of the original components. This bike has less than a couple of hundred road miles. My third bike is a mid 70's Motobecane Mixte, made in France, with the 2040 tubing. This bike has hardy been used, and it also has all of the original components. My last bike is a 1983-84 2000 Aluminum Trek with all of the original Dura Ace components. I am joining the group to share my bikes, with their original components, to help other with their restorations. I am also interested in receiving help with the identification of my 50's Follis. I would like know the model and the year of its production. Also, I do not have a badge, and I was wondering if the Follis badges were different in the early 50's. I do have photo's that could be e-mailed to those members that are interested in my bikes. In my next post, I well describe my Follis with its original components.
