Subject: [CR]campagnolo triple conversion

I was chatting with Mr. Baylis last weekend at our little ride in San Diego (the rain held off, almost, for half a day or so, here--is someone who was there going to write a report? It was an enjoyable day, even if our 40-year-old Pogliaghi tandem got wet..last time I take that thing out in the wet, lemme tell ya. It performed nicely, in spite of the captain), and he said he could drill and tap a Campagnolo Record crank for me to accept the smaller bcd rings, in the usual manner seen in the 70s. This sounded great until I realized that I'd need the special bolts and spacers to mount the ring. Are these a standard OEM thing these days, or would I have to take my chances finding a set used or NOS? If they are available currently, is there someone here in retail or wholesale who could get them for me?

thanks for shedding some light on this for me.
