Subject: [CR]Classic movie seen at bike shop today

My local bike shop was running a video on a small flat screen near the wrench's area. (My oh my how bike shops have changed through the years.) This movie featured a mid sixties Tour de France. Parts were filmed from helicopter, some parts from the front seat of a Fiat. Much was made of filming the cyclists while urinating both at the side of the road with backs to the camera, and also urinating while seated on the bike while pedaling. There were scenes showing the riders partying in the evening, singing and dancing and watching performers sing in night clubs. The camera work was crude but gritty. I only could stay for five minutes or so because I work on Sundays, but I did ask if the video was for sale. One of the wrenches said that the DVD belonged to another mechanic and was not for sale. From my minimal description, can anyone tell what movie this might be. Most parts were in color but one short section was in black and white.
