Ken denny has the actual bike, also 1948. He showed it last year at the Monson bike swap/show. Beautiful bike with Cinelli Firenze stem. he had blue bar tape, instead of red. and I think a different chainring ralph philadelphia

1949 Wilier-Triestina, built from Protar's 1/9 scale 1953 Bianchi, with modified bottles, cages, chainring, and scratch-built Campagnolo cambio Corsa mech.
