I don't know where or even if LH helicoils of the proper size are available. I do know, however, that the ELDI kit with the proper inserts *IS* available, e.g. from Bicycle Tools Etc. and probably elsewhere:

They also have the inserts available separately, if you already have access to the reamer/tap set.
