As there has been a little bit about British tester's bikes lately regarding angles, track ends etc. Another thing that everyone was preoccupied-occupied with in the 1970's/80's time trialing scene was weight of components. So consulting the charts here is some data on various brake weights. This includes levers and paraphernalia: Zeus 2000 690g. Dia Compe DC610 730g. " " " " " NGC 450 750g. " " " " " GC 610 835g. Mafac Competition 760g. All CP's. CLB's Compacts were one of the lightest side-pulls available at 466g before the drill was taken to the stirrups.
