The decals are correct for the claimed vintage and the fork crown looks right to me though I don't think they used 531 decals on the fork blades. So it may be a repaint? BUT: There's a brake drilling in the seatstay bridge which is wrong, looks like the fork is drilled as well. Can't tell if it has track ends or road dropouts. If its got a serial number on the right rear drop you could pin it down. Certainly not original. Like so many other projects (which I've done a few) restoration would cost alot more than its resale value. But then, that's not really why we do it, right?
