Charles Nighbor outed this bike earlier. I didn't want to out this earlier, as the high bidder since the first day is list member Dirk Feeken. However, since the cat is out of the bag, I suppse it isonly fair that the playing field is levelled out. The seller provided the following description (translation):

The Masi is the crown jewel of our collection. Unfortunately, we must give it up for numerous reasons. It is store new. 0 km ridden! It must have been built in the early 80's and at the time cost DM 3500. The hand-made frame which was built with love for detail, is fitted out entorely with Cammpagnolo Super Record. As stated. a jewel! Good luck with it!
I think that this is one fine bike and it does appear, as per the description, to be a mint bike that has never been ridden. It doesn't have the first generation super record components, the matching pump or the great photos of Charles Andrews' old Prestige (check out: http://ebay.com/
