It is not only the Germans but all that build up a reputation then burn the customer. Several months ago I bought some items from Cyclonetwork...or some such name. He was selling hundreds of Campy items and feedback was great. I bought a few items and I should have noticed that feedbaqck was starting to head South. By the time I paid and I sent ever increasingly stressfull pleas to send me the merchandise, his feedback was reading like the scum of the earth. I was out over $50.00 and he was gone. I cried to some other Ebayers that I had purchased from and they said that is the third name change the guy had. Watch out for changing identities. Even though that is said, Ebay is relativley safe.
