I can see Cinelli making bars, stem, saddle, and don't forget clipless pedals because "We're a user interface company." Hubs? shucks i don't know. And Framesets? Well they have the biggest influence on road feel.

The hottest road bike in 1960 had weinmann centerpulls and a uncanitor plastic saddle. So I wouldn't criticize either Cinelli or Weinmann for wanting to market a break-through innovative product.

There are stranger ways to move into the bicycle OEM business! That's all for this email, I have to go strap my cannondale tool bag onto my paramount and go for a ride... *grin*.
