Found a rather nice 1954 Titan-stem today to which I would like to attach Maes-handlebars. Problem with these is that the sleeve, on which one finds the names and the map of Belgium and so on has come loose, it seems. Is this just a matter of squeezing harder by tightening the bolt, or are the bars damaged?
