I don't think this is a Special. Plain guage instead of DB, 26.4 seat tube id instead of 27.2, flat fork crown instead of semi-sloping. Norman doesn't have the '77 catalogue on his site, but he does have '76 and '78. Maybe it's a Record or an Equipe. Buy It Now seems a little steep. Anyone want to venture a guess?
