Four years after his first win, Jacques Anquetil finally scored him second of five victories in the Tour de France, finishing 12'14" ahead of second-placed Italian, Guido Carlesi (remember him?). In this pic, Jacques leads an Italian on a Legnano - must be either Renzo Accordi, Graziano Battistini, or Imerio Massignan. Note the green bar tape wrapped around the brake lever hood and hood cover.
