I'm not familiar with the Juy derailleur, but I am puzzled by it. I've not seen a derailleur mounted that far forward before. What is that thing that looks like a cable guide that's far to outboard at the pivot point of the derailleur? Would the round opening at the bottom left of that channel be the terminus of the cable stop?

If you grasped the lower jockey wheel, and rotated the whole affair clockwise (as viewed in the picture) about 70 degrees, that opening would seem reasonably situated to serve as the end stop of the cable housing. Of course you've got a much better view of it in person, so it's quite likely I'm completely wrong.
