Can anyone make good use of the following:

SR Road Champion bars, 39.5 cm width in the drops, believed circa '81 - '82 , raised polished area in center, dull under section to be wrapped, has wreath engraving, 25.4 mm diameter, very good used condition -- $15

SR stem, 10 cm extension, matches bars above, 22.2 mm / 25.4 -- $15

Belleri stem in generally decent condition, bigh polish, a few square millimeters of scratching on heel, "forgee" sticker peeling a bit, a little tarnish at bottom of (recessed) allen bolts. Shows well. 22 mm x 25 mm, 10 cm extension -- $ 15

"NOS" (unused) Fiamme stem, 11 cm extension, looks '60s but probably '70s (?), high polish, nearly flawless, 25.4mm x 22.2 mm, very beautiful, minimalist-looking item -- $35

"NOS" (unused) Raleigh-branded steel fenders for "Sports" or "Superbe" (26 x 1 3/8) in gloss black with gold striping, heron decal, white patch at rear for visibility, no reflector fitted, lighter weight wire type stays (stock) included. Early '70s, maybe '60s. Near perfect -- $48

Unused Lambertini "hairnet" helmet, vinyl construction, smallish size (hat size 7 1/4 or less for best results), as new -- $10, or free on request with purchase of any two items above, whichever comes first.

Please e-mail me off-list per usual practice, expecting to pay actual shipping to wherever....

Thanks to all,

Tom Ward New York City

P.S. Mick, we'll miss you. Sorry that we all seem to bruise each other sometimes, list-wise. I wish it wasn't so. Feel free to change your mind any time, we'll look for your return tomorrow or next week or whenever it's right.

P.P.S. To everyone: It's important in the rough-and-tumble of human interaction (especially this disembodied kind) to remember that we can't hear each other, and that the intonation we hear in our heads is likely not the same as the writer might have spoken. Remember to try to put some "smile" into the words (remember THE VIRGINIAN ?) and remember the value of "politesse". I'll do my best. --TW
