Hutchinson tubulars are still made- at least for this year.

The Tempo is their least expensive one and has natural tan sidewalls and a carbon comp tubular with black sidewalls. Both are available via bike shops/ mailorder/ web/ ebay sellers.

Hutchinson Tempo 2 tires, my favorite dirt cheap sewup, is on sale for $14.99 at Nashbar at this very moment:

Should that link not work, choose <tires>, <tubulars tires>, <Tempo 2> from their category list.

Gum sidewalls, black finely ribbed tread, and I have had no issues with roundness. Listed as 21mm, I suspect they are a bit larger and certainly "ride larger" as any sewup should compared to a clincher. I probably have > 10 wheelsets wearing either the Tempo 2 (ribbed) or Tempo 1 (crosshatched).
