I have a 94 Waterford Paramount. These were sub contracted by Schwinn from Waterford after Wateford(or pdg if you prefer) was purchased out of the Schwinn bankrupcy by Richard Schwinn, Marc Muller and others. This 753 frame is the sweetest of all my Paramounts.
