Can anyone add any information for this page ? - Whilst I realise the race and the photograph both took place in Scotland, the riders is Italian, and from what I can see there's a head on that there headtube badge - very Italian - so what's the bike, and does anyone have a clue as to the sponsor name on his jersey "Cigognani ?. Also what are the two additions to the right-hand side of the handlebar - one under the riders right hand, and one inboard (possibly a watch clip?). The Bell was obligatory under the Scottish rules at the time for road racing of any sort. Note also the doubled toeclip straps.
Any help would be much appreciated...
