Peter, I think the model Regina chain you need is actually the "Oro", not the "d'Oro" (also referred to as the "de Oro").
The Regina de Oro chain was a special joint project between Cycles de Oro and Regina International S.A. to produce a chain to deal with conditions particular (peculiar?) to North Carolina; dealing with humidity or the local BBQ sauce or something) .
