Greetings Listmembers,
Attention Southern California listmembers and any other interested parties. We will be meeting in the Balboa Park location for the monthly SD Vintage ride. Meet there in the Aerospace/ Automotive museum parking lot at 9:30am and hit the road at 10:00am. No particular theme; but I plan to take my recently re-aquired Wizard bike out for a ride to reaquaint myself with a bike I built 31 years ago for me. I'll be having fun for sure, hope others join me for a nice ride out to the tip of Point Loma. I'm certain the day will be pristine conditions for a day out in sunny San Diego. We'll stop at Anthony's Fish Grotto for some tasty fish tacos (or whathaveyou) before we finish up back at the park.
Just a reminder. Saturday previous to this (April 16) is our annual gathering in celebration of Jimmy Thomson and his fabulous collection of 27 Hetchins. The group will be small this year and I'm thinking we may forgo the ride and head our seperate ways. I know for sure that I have some very serious work to do prior to heading East for the shindig (or is it a Hullabaloo?). I need every second I can get my hands on.
