Well I went and did it............bought a French bike. Was looking for a hack frame that I could ride to the store/university etc. that would not cause any attention, except to the discerning eye of course. Impulse buy, but hey.......$25. Simplex JUY dropouts, no hanger. Does that help date it? Belatedly, it hit me, like the Scots Greys hitting Napoleon's Old Guard at Waterloo: these things have odd-ball sized headsets and bottom brackets. So now my search begins. Can anyone help me out with these things or send me in a direction?
