Nashbar (shudder) has the Tempo 2 on sale for $17.99 at the moment:

This is the one with the ribbed tread, the Tempo 1 has the crosshatched tread and is available at my LBS for $20 at the present time. While I'd love to have Clement Criterium Seta tires or modern high quality sewups on my bikes, but I have a lot of wheelsets to keep fed. Harv picked up a pair of these recently and measured them at around 23mm when inflated so don't be intimidated by the nominal 21mm size. They are gum sidewalls and you won't put a crick in your neck or pull a biceps muscle stretching them before mounting.
