Dan, I believe these lugs are Nervex Super Legere, or similar,,, I don't have my Nervex catalog here. There were a lot of Nervex styles that many aren't familiar with. The 1938 Urago hanging in my shop has 'nervex' lugs,,, but most folks wouldn't recognize them if they only saw 'bikeboom' Nervex sets.
