You're right, these are the modern versions of the decals, which are different than the older versions of the decals for the same tubesets. The correct 60's/70's PX-10 531 decals are posted on the CR site. I was able to obtain photos of the TI era French decals through the assistance of a list member. Those are also different from the modern version. BTW, Reynolds' current webiste is very vague about the alloys of their current steel tubesets. 725 and 525 are evidently Cr-Mo, but it is not clear whether 631 and 853 are Cr-Mo, Mo-Mn like 531, or something else. It appears 531 is now produced only to special order. Is 631 its "successor"? Also, Mercian's current website quotes various prices for a given model according to which Reynolds tubeset is used, plus most model/tubeset combos also have a "Special" version. That is, the Vincitore has "631" and "Special 631" as well a "853" and "Special 853" versions, and the added cost for "Special" is pretty steep - about 110 GBP. Are they referring to lighter versions of the Reynolds tubesets, or does the "Special" denote some variation in Mercian's construction?

It might or it might not. The 531 decals on my PX-10 look nothing like any of the illustrations on the above referenced web page.
