No, they're not new to this country - they were introduced a couple years ago to replace the "Clement - Thailand" tubulars. I was pretty excited when they first became available, and ordered eight of the 27mm Paris-Roubaix, but when we installed them on unglued wheels to check them they were horrible! Lumpy, bumpy, almost unusable. They'd have been like riding a roller coaster. We ended up keeping the best two, but returned six of them to the distributor for a refund.
