Well, real company or not, the name sure sounds like the setup for a joke that has yet to be written.

"A man wearing a crown walks into the Abingdon bike shop with a duck and a spoke wrench. The local mechanic, covered in grease, takes one look at him and says 'Abingdon King Dick?' so the man punches him...." and then the duck says something about Park Tool or Pedro's in the punchline.

On-topic content: The duck is named Sturmey-Archer. No, I don't know why.
