The Stronglight 93 seems best with a 118 spindle, for frames up to 130mm I've found.

The OMAS is about the right taper for sure, but probably only 114mm or so.

If you can get sufficient clearance with the chainstay using the OMAS, the chainline should be fine with, say, 126mm rear spacing or smaller.

I've found also that ti spindles can allow the crank to slide a bit farther onto the spindle unless bolt torque is adjusted down a few ft-lbs. Use no oil with this combination, 93's, even with steel spindles, are known for being a bit stretchy in response to the press fit. Using lubricant requires a further significant reduction in bolt torque to maintain chainline.
