I contacted the seller of the mystery frame with the crappy pictures and he sent me four more pics and has promised to check the BB for a serial. It seems a pretty nice frame. Some nice lug work and cutouts. I make the headset to be Tange, the cranks SR. But the cranks do not appear to be track cranks to me..Still nothing definitive on the stem and bars. You would think the guy would at least wipe the dust off the bloody thing.
