Subject: [CR]Simplex Tool: question this time

I picked up a Simplex tool, looks like it would work on a cog, either a track cog or a free wheel.

It looks like the following:

a 17 inch tapered handle leading to a half-moon; attached to the half-moon is a matching one held by two adjustable bolts, allowing (and here I am guessing) for cog to fit between. There also are two holes about three-quarters down the handle that may or may not be missing another part of the tool.

I can provide pictures.

Thank you for whatever information you can provide on this tool. Anyone also have any idea when Simplex quit making tools, did they make a variety of tools, or did another manufacturer make them for Simplex? This is the first Simplex tool I can recall seeing.

Thank you.

Cheers.
