Modolo Kronos levers caught me for a minute as well. Prior to this procedure the brake cables have to be removed

The difficult part is the hoods, they must be peeled back near the front to expose the lever pivot on both sides, remove the lever pivot as one does a chainring bolt, keep aware of the assembly order, remove the lever and now one has access to the allen bolt that secures the lever to the bar. It need not be removed to slide the lever body off.

Nicely done for plastic, but not equal mechanical leverage compared to traditional levers. Barely on topic, mine came with an on topic bike, switched back to original levers straight away.
