Ironically, I have a Titanio chain that is in a pile of old, vintage goods given to me recently by a retired friend to liquidate for him on the internet and eBay. I've been too busy to get to it so the pile of goods sits on my kitchen floor where I've learned to walk around it for the last 3 weeks. He told me it has exactly 23 miles on it before he changed back to steel chain.

Oddly I found it to be no lighter than most of the 10 speed chains I handle regularly for my road bikes. Maybe the newer narrow chains with no rollers (and admittedly cheaper, less durable materials) are lighter than the Regina Oro materials.
