15th stage, 1935 Tour de France - Romain Maes is under attack... by his own teammates! First he flatted on the climb, then he crashed on the descent of the col de Port. Romain takes a quick drink while his wounds are cleaned. The Yellow Jersey would finish the day over twenty minutes behind fellow Belgians Sylvère Maes and Felicien Vervaecke, but would keep his jersey. From "Le Miroir des Sports" No.839, 23 July 1935.
