Campagnolo 3-piece hubs were made by FB and the earlier ones used alloy flanges stamped FB. I have some dated as late as 1950 (according to the locknuts) with the FB flanges. However, the locknuts are identified as Campagnolo -- can't remember if the cones were marked and I am not about to dismantle it to find out. I do not know when they were all made with the specific Campagnolo flanges.
