In an effort to make my Paramount p15 (?) more responsive I decided to try a wheel change. The bike currently has 27 x 1 1/4 rims and tires and is rather sluggish. The Campy brake arms are too short for 700c rims. Should the bike have Weinman brakes and if so what type?
