I the mid 60's I bought three Bianchi " Team Bikes " I had an un planned growth spurt and went from a 60 CM road bike to a 62 CM. The 60CM track bike was still fine on the track so I didn't change it. What I'm getting to is that I was famillar with Bianchis in the mid 60's. The consensus among the dealers and the importer in the SF Bay Area was that there was no differance between the Specialissimas and Team Bikes, other than the two holes in the head tube for the badge and the paint. Both frames are compleatly chromed under the paint.
I have seen white Specialissimas, green ones, a lot of black ones and I have a dark blue one.
