My motives were for buying it was stripping it and repainting, Chrome the struts and upgrade the wheels to a 650b set-up on all 3 wheels to add to my small but growing collection of fun enjoyable Lugged steeds. The guy selling it must have smelled my over enthusiasm and told me it was not for sale now. He than told me to come back in 2 weeks to see if he changed his mind. He most likely is going to check with bike shops to see if it is worth more than the amount I offered (it wont be). I then told him to put on some mustache handle-bars and shellac them down really well and to put in on E-bay for $3500.00, I assured him some disillusioned guy would buy it.

O.K, I was just kidding about that last part. I will go see the guy again in 2 weeks, This time I will present him with a case of Malt Liquor to sweeten the deal. But I know he is going to jack the price to way more than what I can afford.
