I was in Condor Cycles yesterday, thinking of your purchase on eBay and can tell you that a new, basic custom built lugged steel Condor frame and fork sells for £650/$1175 (they have a sample hanging on their wall). It looks nice but not nearly as special as the one you bought. If I had your frame and their new frame for sale in front of me, I'd have no problem justifying the extra £300 (assuming it fitted me perfectly). I imagine a new frame with all that chrome and fancy lugs would cost at least what you paid.

Congratulations.
