My first Swallow.......
After many years of lusting for a Brooks Swallow I was fortunate enough to be at the right place at the right time at the Cirque this year. My pal Tom Sanders had just procured at very nice one from Roy (Mr Leather Saddle) Drinkwater. With the powerful Saddle Guru tdan4th watching closely over my shoulder and Tom`s and Roy`s encouragement I bravely took the plunge and bought the saddle.
Since May it has remained in my untouched box of Cirque "loot". With working 6 days a week and a couple doses of illness I had not had time to play with the goodies. Finally on Sunday night I carefully fitted it to my lovely Ron Cooper. Monday was a 10 hour work day so I was unable to ride.
This morning I picked out my favorite pair of shorts and went for a ride. What a wonderful saddle! Special thanks to those who made me "Just Do It"!
