Bikes to me are an OBSESSION bordering on ADDICTION. They take up too much of my time, room, and money and as a result, other duties and obligations suffer. I should at least be riding more and caressing my beauties less. But I can't help myself and I suspect most of you have also been bitten or you wouldn't be on this forum reading this.
"lugless gas-pipe pavement breakers"?...the Super Sports and Sport Tourers were made of seamless drawn chrome-moly tubing and fillet-brazed by hand in the Paramount shop. They can also be had for dirt cheap (if you can find one), ride beautifully, frame strength goes without saying, look nice, and Made in USA when that meant something other than a cruise missile headed your way...not too shabby!
